The 36th BES Annual Meeting takes place at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, a conference venue surrounded by the Sonian Forest, just 15 minutes south of Brussels.

Getting there

By car: Take the E411 motorway, exit 2 (La Hulpe). Follow signs to Dolce La Hulpe. Free parking is available on site.

By train: Take the train to La Hulpe station (line Brussels-Namur/Luxembourg). From there, it is a 10-minute taxi ride or a 25-minute walk through the Sonian Forest.

By air: Brussels Airport (BRU) is approximately 25 minutes by car. Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) is approximately 50 minutes by car.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at Dolce La Hulpe at a preferential rate for meeting participants. Please mention "BES Annual Meeting 2026" when booking.

Single room: €145 per night (breakfast included)
Double room: €165 per night (breakfast included)

Reservations should be made directly with the hotel before 15 September 2026. After this date, rooms will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed.
